Our goal at TREW is to get the gear to you as quickly as we can. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
HOLIDAY CLOSURES
Please note that our office and warehouse will be closed on the following dates so that our team can enjoy some well-earned time with their loved ones. We will not be shipping out any orders on these dates:
- Thursday + Friday, November 28-29th
- Tuesday + Wednesday, December 23-25th
- Tuesday + Wednesday, December 31st - January 1st

We do not ship orders out on weekends.
Orders placed after 11AM PST will not ship until the next day. All orders placed after 11 AM on Fridays WILL NOT ship until the following Monday. If the following Monday is a holiday then the order will not ship until Tuesday. This includes all orders shipped via 2-Day and Overnight.

Route Shipping Insurance
Because sometimes things can go wrong and your gear can get lost on its way to your home, we work with Route to provide affordable shipping insurance for those who are interested.
Route will be automatically added to your cart before checkout. You can easily remove it while viewing your cart by switching the Shipping Protection toggle on the right side of page to OFF before proceeding to check out.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Live in a mountain town?
We're jealous! But we also know that shipping carriers can run into issues when trying to deliver to your remote location. Because of this, we recommend providing a PO Box is you are shipping via USPS, or a physical address if you choose to ship via UPS.
